General Shop Laborer

We are seeking individuals interested in working in the cabinet industry.

The main function of this role will be to support our labor force in one of the following departments: Assembly, Countertops, Custom, or other.

Duties:

• Under the general direction of our department supervisors and plant managers, you will be responsible for completing your assigned tasks in a timely manner

• Safety protocols must be followed at all times

• We are looking for a team player who is ready to join a growing, diverse team

Candidate must have:

• Must be able to stand for a period of 6 – 8 hours.
  Ability to lift from 50 lbs. (Over 50 lbs. with co-worker)

• Should be flexible with overtime and weekend work

• Woodworking or cabinetry experience is a plus

• Able to work from 6:00 am to 2:30 p.m. in Brea

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

• Positive attitude

• Accountable/Takes pride in their work

• Must be reliable and professional

Senior Estimator

Duties:   

• Bringing in new clients and projects       

• Accurately estimating casework and millwork jobs from plans and specifications

• Job walks or general contractor office visits

• Writing bid proposals, filling out pre-bid qualifications and other paperwork associated with bids.

Qualifications:

• Experience actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork (5+ years)

• Knowledge of WI requirements

• Experience with muti-prime bids and the paperwork required
