Senior Estimator/ Sales Manager

We are seeking senior level sales managers / estimators with extensive experience in the commercial cabinet and millwork industry. General contractor side sales experience is a plus

Duties:

• Bringing in new clients and projects

• Accurately estimating casework and millwork jobs from plans and specifications

• Managing our sales/ estimating department including quarterly projections and past performance

• Writing bid proposals, filling out pre-bid qualifications and other paperwork associated with bids.

• Working closely with drafters and project managers after a job has been sold.

Candidate must have:

• Experience actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork (min 5+ years)

• Experience managing a sales department

• Knowledge of WI requirements

• Experience with muti-prime bids and the paperwork required

Countertop Fabricator/ General Shop Laborer

Duties:   

• Fabricate laminate countertops with coved splash, rolled edges, and miters.

• Use power tools to cut and sand parts.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs+., stand and bend.

• Ability to read/understand shop drawings & production list

• Be on time and present for work daily.

• May be required to assist in other areas of the shop

• Positive attitude toward personal, department, and company goals

• Must be able to stand for a period of 6 – 8 hours.

• Must be flexible with overtime and weekend work

• Able to work from 6:00 am to 2:30 p.m. in Brea

Qualifications:

• Experience fabricating countertops (5+ years)
